Playrooms are a fantastic area for any house to possess. It’s a space that encourages games instead of more TV watching, so that’s a good thing. And you don’t have to have a fortune to create a playroom or play area. You could designate an underused portion of your basement for it. Or use a section of your den or TV room. MyPopArt.com offers great artwork for fun spaces such as a playroom, because its so playful itself, adding brightness and pizazz.

If you have a child, a playroom is helpful because it gives the child a designated area to “let loose.” No longer will toys be strewn all over the house – they will be strewn all over the playroom instead, making it a little easier to clean up!
When choosing a piece of My Pop Art for your playroom, you may want to go with a Pop Art piece made from a photograph of aforementioned toy tossing child. Or perhaps you want something totally different for your playroom. Maybe a piece of art that really represents “play” like be using a photograph of a swing set or a dartboard or a Monopoly game board or two children playing on a beach.

Again, the idea isn’t to spend a fortune on adding an addition to your house. This is about designating some area in your home for play, whether its a game of pool or Scrabble or Karaoke.

We spend too much time in front of screens! It’s time to break away and get back to our childish roots.
