A lot of times it can be hard trying to figure out what to give to a friend or loved one as a gift. Whether it is a birthday gift, anniversary, baby shower, Christmas gift, or any other occasion, you may find it extremely difficult to think of what to get as a gift. What Is The Perfect Gift? The perfect gift has less to do with the amount of money you spend than it has to do with being unique and special. The perfect gift should be a symbol of how much you care and how much you appreciate that person.
You Don’t Have To Know Everything
You don’t have to know everything there is to know about that person, but you do have to make it special and unique. You want to make it a gift that not just anyone would give. Most people give ties, choclate, flowers, cards, and candy as part of their gift giving. While those are nice, they are very plain and common. When you’re creative and use your imagination, you can stand out and your gift will be truly appreciated.
Another thing you want to do with your gifts is give a piece of yourself while including a piece of the person you are giving the gift to. Nothing speaks to a person more than seeing their own name or their own image in a piece of art work. Nothing flatters a person more than seeing someone take the time to think about how to make that perfect gift for them.
Take The Time To Show How Much You Care
We live in a fast world, where people go through drive-thru restaurants to eat fast, work fast, and live fast. Lot’s of people are numbed with television and the Internet to ever be able to let their creativity develop to it’s potential. When you take a picture of your loved one or friend, and transform it into a unique piece of popart or master piece, it is something unique and unusual. This kind of gift cannot be bought at the ordinary grocery store or gas station. This is a gift that tells the person you really thought about this and that you have taken the time, energy and effort to make it special.

Pop art is a term that appeared during the 1950’s in Britain, which referred to the number of artists that were interested in using comics, advertising and mass media images in their art. This was a period of optimism in Britain. This was due to the end of the war time rationing. It was also a boom in consumerism and economy. British artists were influenced by Eduardo Paolozzi and Jasper Johns, as well as Robert Rauschenberg. The aim was to broaden the taste into much more popular and less academic styles of art.
Pop art was easy to coincide with pop music of the 50’s and 60’s, and many youth cultures were drawn to pop art. Pop art has become a part of the image of fashion.
One of those responsible for making pop art into what it is today is Andy Warhol. He began as a commercial illustrator. Most of the work flowed from a culture that was glutted with information. It was during a time when most people experience many things in seconds through TV and print ads. Now you can be supercool and own your own version of pop art. You can take your family photos, your wedding photos, kids’ photos, and any picture and magically turn it into a super cool work of pop art! It makes for a great birthday gift, wedding gift, Christmas gift, or just a cool suprise! Don’t delay! Order yours now!

What is Pop Art?

What is pop art? Pop art is a type of visual art movement that emerged out of Britain in the 1950’s. Lawrence Alloway, who was a British art curator coined the term “pop art”. It is one of the major art movements of the 20th century. The themes from this kind of art are drawn from popular mass culture, which includes comic books and advertising. Pop art is interpreted as an expansion of those things.
Just like pop music, pop art aims to use images of popular culture, and is targeted at a broad audience. A lot of pop art is considered to be academic, and the unconventional practices of pop art are often used to make the art and masterpieces hard to understand. A lot of people think pop art originated in America, but the British pop art movement predates USA. Artists such as Gerald Murphy, Stuard Davis, and Charles Demuth created paintings and art during the 1920’s that contained pop culture images that were culled from commercials and advertising designs.
Pop art definitely has an interesting and unique style and flair to it. There is no end to the kind of creativity that you can express through pop art. Whether it is a calendar, poster, pet portrait, wedding on canvas, or any new and exciting art creation, you can be confident that transforming it into a major pop art masterpiece will definitely add to the deliciousness of your home.

Not only that, but your card will have the flair of modern pop art. It shows that you have style and class. You can choose between vintage sylte, which is hand tinted and one of a kind art work, or you can choose popart. This kind of card is inspired by the pop culture icon Andy Warhold. Limited Edition Pop Art to “Ponder” On

Art has always been something that warrants thinking about it and analyzing it. Be it wondering what emotions it evokes in you, to what the symbols behind it could mean.
When I first saw “Ponder” I did think about how fascinating it was. It had my favorite colors in it, but smack dab in the middle of what looks like a pristine white flower, it has.. Yellow.
I don’t know why I absolutely abhor yellow. And white. I guess the happy, light feelings they evoke are just too unbearable sometimes, what with my artist’s morose moods.
One time I did read that yellow actually means “servanthood,” in terms of “spiritual” colors. Purple, they said, was the color of royalty. And white, I must guess that it means purity.
So if you base the colors of this Limited Edition Pop Art piece, you would realize that it was the perfect combination of servanthood, royalty and purity, what a spiritual person needs to be, right?
Honestly, when I first looked at this Pop Art piece, I didn’t realize that its centerpiece was a flower until I noted the bright pink edges. But that wasn’t even until the moment that I actually started to ponder about it.
Funny what you find in Limited Edition sections of Pop Art websites.
So do I think that the title is apt? Absolutely.
It did make me think, realize, dredge up what I’ve learned about colors, analyze, mull over the symbolism of the colors, think about what the central figure was, and actually.. Ponder about this beautiful painting, which can be yours if you click this link (or the picture of the pop art itself).
Pop Art in Spotlight: Vintage Paintings of Your Children
Do vintage portraits and children go together?
Have you seen those Baby Guess advertisements and other black and white photos and images of children enjoying lazy summer days? I wonder if you appreciated seeing those kids get lost in their own worlds and just being what they are: innocent angels who provide us stressed-out adults in this crazy world? If you appreciate those and you go “Aww!” at the sight of these adorable creatures who seem to live in a different world from ours, then you might want to freeze memories of your own children in a moment such as this:
Vintage pop art, especially with children as the subjects brings out maternal feelings in everyone, male or female. It is both poignant and profound, and seeing your children captured in a way reminiscent of a bygone era is just something that would evoke tender thoughts and memories in the years to come.
Had I children, I would capture him or her in such a manner, too. But maybe later, when I become a mommy, I would use MyPopArt.com’s services and capture my child’s moment in a bygone era.
Vintage has a feel of the classic, a feel of high art that otherwise wouldn’t be projected in any other manner. Pop art like these would best be displayed in the living room, or even in your bedroom, for when the children are grown, you need only to look at these portraits, and you would then remember, with bittersweet nostalgia, that they were once innocent and angelic.
Good thing portraits don’t capture their tantrumic moments. :p
